Masan Gapago flower festival is the largest chrysanthemum flower festival held every year in the Changwon district. The festival displays the beauty of chrysanthemums and Korea’s cultivation of the flower. The festival was first held in the year 2000 and going on its 19th year. Masan prides in the cultivation of chrysanthemums as they produce 13% of the nations. There will also be special events like the KBS comedian sports competition, wedding photo competition, fishing in the chrysanthemum water, naval multimedia fire show, and much more.
