Jeju has many free experiences: hiking Hallasan (Korea's tallest mountain), Osulloc Tea Museum and green tea fields, coastal trails like Seopjikoji and the Jeju Olle Trail, beaches like Iho Tewoo with its iconic horse lighthouses, and the Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road. Most of Jeju's stunning natural scenery is free to enjoy.

Highly recommended. Unlike Seoul or Busan, Jeju's attractions are spread across the island with limited public transport. Renting a car gives you flexibility to visit remote beaches, oreums (volcanic cones), and scenic coastal roads. International driving permits are accepted. Alternatively, join organized tours for major attractions.
