Gapyeong Trout Festival

Start the new year right with your family and friends at the 11th annual Gapyeong SingSing Trout Festival. There will be ice fishing, hand fishing, ice skating, snow sledding, and children’s train rides all here for you and your family to enjoy. Note that age 3 and under are free, and hand fishing is held only on the weekends. You can only take two fish that you’ve caught, but continue to fish as long as you let them go. You must also prepare your own fishing net specifically used for ice fishing, artificial bait, and small fishing chair. They also sell them at the festival.
